In his view Joseph is most excited about two key use cases solved by Visual Workforce:
1. Finding hidden skills in the organization to enable internal mobility and reduce staff churn while providing the basis to increase employee satisfaction.
2. Enabling M&A success as resources can be purposed in their best position during integration by matching resources to new target job models.
At Visual Workforce, Joseph is instrumental in helping set sales strategy and business development direction with an eye toward first time to value with customers so that they both maximize their investment in Visual Workforce and enable future partnership.
