Eric is currently executive board chairman at Highridge Medical. In his previous role as President of Stryker Spine, Eric led a team of executives from legacy Stryker Spine and legacy K2M through the integration of these businesses to post acquisition-driven growth. Eric joined Stryker as part of its 2018 $1.4B acquisition of K2M Group Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: KTWO), a medical device company Eric founded in 2004 to address the world’s most challenging spinal pathologies. At K2M, Eric served as the company’s Chairman, President, and CEO. Under his leadership K2M grew from an idea to a publicly traded global leader serving patients in over 40 countries during the company’s 14 straight years of uninterrupted revenue growth.
Eric has more than 30 years of industry experience with a distinguished career as an entrepreneur, CEO, and chairman. His background spans startup and early-stage funding, venture capital, private equity, and initial public offerings. His expertise extends to managing public companies, steering both public and private board governance, overseeing global operations, and formulating strategies for M&A and business integration.
